Ronin's Rap Sheet
In 1997 Ronin was adopted from the Ulster County SPCA. He had been spotted running the countryside with his mother. His mother eluded authorities but Ronin didn't stand a chance. He was captured and sent to the SPCA.
He was approximately 7 years old and wild. Lynda found a place in her heart and decided to adopt Ronin. Ronin felt the adoption was his cue to make life difficult for everyone in his path.
Unexpectly, they found that Ronin can play tricks - who knew that a pony could stand on his tiny back legs and box- yes box. After he was declared a danger it was time to set him straight and make sure all four legs remained on the ground. After years of determination and a lot of sweat Ronin is now a favorite for the kids to brush and walk around. The only thing that he still likes to do is break out and chase the girls and take himself on stroll through the country side. However, he is always back before the dinner bell.
